Payments
How & when tuition is paid
- Tuition is paid weekly and is due every Friday for the upcoming week
- Accepted payment methods: cash, Zelle, or money order
- A $25.00 late fee applies the first day payment is late, plus $5.00 for each additional day
- Late fees begin on Monday if tuition hasn't been received
- A $25.00 fee applies to any returned (NSF) check, and after two returned checks, checks are no longer accepted
- Tuition is not adjusted, credited, or refunded for sickness, holidays, or absences
- Vacation proration is available only if discussed with the provider in advance

Getting started
- Complete an application for each child ($25 per family, non-refundable)
- Submit a signed consent form and enrollment form
- Provide a medical form and immunization records from your child's physician
- Keep your family's address, phone, and emergency contact info up to date
- The first 3 weeks are a trial period (extendable up to 6 weeks) to make sure it's the right fit

We're open Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Children are only released to parents, guardians, or someone listed on the authorized pick-up form — ID is required at pickup.
There's a grace period until 6:10 PM. After that, a $25.00 late pickup fee applies, plus $5.00 for every additional 10 minutes.
For everyone's health and safety, children may not attend (and must be picked up immediately if symptoms start during the day) with: diarrhea, vomiting, a fever of 99°F or higher with other symptoms, pink eye or other eye infections, head lice, severe coughing or difficulty breathing, a stiff neck, open lesions, unusually dark urine or pale stool, yellowish skin/eyes, severe pain, or a contagious illness such as chicken pox, measles, mumps, flu, or strep.
Children can return once they've either seen a doctor and provided a note, or been symptom-free for 24 hours without medication. We're not able to administer medication during daycare hours — please give required doses before and after drop-off.
We use positive guidance first: redirection to another activity, acknowledging attention-seeking behavior, and calm verbal explanations of why a behavior isn't okay. If needed, we move to documented observation, a parent conference, and — only as a last resort — suspension or dismissal.
We never use corporal punishment, withhold food or comfort, or use ridicule as discipline. Hitting, biting, kicking, and similar behaviors aren't permitted, and willful damage to property is the family's responsibility.
Yes — tuition covers holiday closings and is not prorated for them. After one full consecutive year of full-time enrollment, your family earns one free week of vacation. If you take vacation before that, please let us know in advance, or tuition still applies.
We also take one unpaid week off per year (with advance notice), and tuition may only be prorated for provider closures due to events like blizzards or hurricanes.
Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided daily. We ask that personal toys and belongings stay home, since they can get lost or damaged. Preschoolers have a 2 – 2.5 hour rest period and should bring two articles of bedding from home.
For potty training, we partner with you — training should start at home first, and your child should be comfortable with the process for at least two weeks before we begin reinforcing it here. Please provide easy on/off training clothes, extra outfits, and pull-ups during this stage.
We ask for two weeks' written notice before your child's last day. If notice isn't given, two weeks of tuition is still due before withdrawal, and records/documents are released once the account balance is cleared.
